The machine: Pressing while sitting & Top lift from the Ecox series, is a device designed to create outdoor gyms. Exercises on the side of the device. Pressing while sitting allows you to develop the muscles of both the girdle and part of the free upper limb. When performing exercises on this device, the muscles of the entire body work, stabilizing the legs, pelvis and torso. This device is focused on the front part of the chest.
The upper lift, in turn, allows the muscles of the upper limb and torso to work. It also provides the most comprehensive muscle load. Depending on the exercise performed, different muscle groups are developed. In the basic version of the pull-ups on a stick, the following muscles are developed: the latest muscle of the back, the biceps muscle of the arm, the triceps muscle of the arm, the long palmar, the long flexor of the fingers, the short flexor of the fingers, the elbow flexor of the wrist, the m. the radius flexor of the wrist, the radiofacial flexor, the coro-brachial muscle, the greater thoracic muscle, the parallelogram, the trapezius and the rectus abdominal muscle. The device is intended for adolescents and adults as well as users over 140 cm tall.
