Steel elements

Steel elements, such as: security and roof tubes, entrances, platforms, slide rails, handles and fittings are made of constructional carbon steel. After technological processing, i.e. cutting, mechanical cleaning, bending, drilling and welding, the steel is degreased and phosphatized in ultrasonic cleaners.

After drying, the elements are electrostatically coated with polyester powder paint, then they go to a convection dryer, where at 200 ° C the varnish cures. Powder coatings protect steel against atmospheric conditions well, are flexible, resistant to dents and abrasion, which ensures long operation of the equipment without the need for renovation. If a given device has a slide, its slide is made of stainless steel up to 2.5 mm thick.
