Roofs, protections, walls (spring elements as an option) are made of polyethylene plates called HDPE. This material does not absorb water, does not swell, does not stratify and does not break. HDPE is colored in mass, which means that after scratching due to intensive use, the surface still has a uniform color. The use of UV stabilizers ensures color durability for many years without the need to invest in paints and repainting. The surface of the plate is resistant to graffiti, painting with markers, pens and spray paints - that is, it is very easy to keep clean.
In addition to uniform - single-color panels, used e.g. in roofs, we also use a sandwich panel consisting of different colors of layers. By milling the outer layer, we discover a contrasting core, which we use to create interesting applications and inscriptions on protections and walls. Roofs, protections and spring elements are cut out at computer-controlled machining centers, using diamond tools, which ensures perfect repeatability of elements, makes the edges of the panels high quality and does not require additional processing.
