Exercises on the side of the device Pendulum exercises increase the strength of the muscles of the legs and buttocks, strengthen the muscles of the hip girdle, thighs, and also the abdominal muscles . Exercises on the Odwicielu strengthen the muscles of the legs, mainly the thighs, muscles of the hips and buttocks, have a positive effect on the circulatory and respiratory system, improve motor coordination. The device is intended for adolescents and adults as well as users over 140 cm tall.
