The Double Twister device from the Ecox series is a device with two stands designed for creating outdoor gyms. Exercises performed on the Twister device activate the exercises, support the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine, strengthen the abdominal muscles, and stretch the pectoral muscles . The device is intended for adolescents and adults as well as users over 140 cm tall.
