The Double Skier from the Ecox series is a device with two stands designed for creating outdoor gyms. Exercises performed on the device are an excellent general development training for the whole body: exercises strengthen the muscles of the legs, arms and torso, improve motor coordination , have a positive effect on the circulatory and respiratory system.
