The Pendulum & Runner & Twister device from the Ecox series is a compact 3-in-1 fitness device designed for outdoor gyms. Terning on the Pendulum strengthens: the gluteus and small muscles, the trapezius muscle of the lumbar region, the internal and external oblique muscle of the abdomen, the latissimus dorsi muscle and the greater pectoral muscle. Exercise on the Runner engages not only most of our muscles, but also stimulates the nervous system. Activity with the use of a runner primarily involves the extensor muscles of the hip joint and the muscles of the torso.
Exercises on the Twister allow you to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the girdle of the upper limb. They use rotary work. It is difficult to get this type of exercise in a standing position, and it is needed both for everyday activities and for advanced sports activities.
The device is intended for adolescents and adults as well as users over 140 cm tall.
