The device Odwodziciel & Biegacz & Steper from the Ecox series is a compact 3-in-1 fitness device designed for creating outdoor gyms. Terning on the Odwodzicielu mainly involves hip abductors, i.e. the broad fascia tensioner muscle, the gluteus gluteus muscle, the gluteus middle muscle, the long head of the biceps femoris muscle, the tailor muscle and the adductor muscles. Exercises on the Runner not only engage most of our muscles, but also stimulate the nervous system. Activity with the use of a runner primarily involves the extensor muscles of the hip joint and the muscles of the torso. Exercises on the Stepper primarily involve the extensor muscles of the hip joint, the muscles of the torso rotators, and the flexors of the hip joint, moreover, they use muscles having attachments on the upper limb to stabilize the trunk and assist movement. It is difficult to get this type of exercise in a standing position, and it is needed both for everyday activities and for advanced sports activities.
The device is intended for adolescents and adults as well as users over 140 cm tall.
